Before you begin the submission process, please make sure you have all the necessary materials ready for the tour. These are mandatory requirements:

If you have all the required materials and are ready to proceed, please send us an email at blackvelvet@henryroipr.com with a PDF copy of your ebook attached. We will review your submission promptly and get back to you shortly. Once your book is approved, we will provide you with the necessary information for payment.
Please refrain from filling out the form until you've received approval and completed the payment, as we do not reserve slots without confirmation. Once your payment is confirmed, you can proceed to fill out the form below.
Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation message on the screen, along with instructions to upload your book cover. That's all there is to it! Your tour will be automatically scheduled to start 60 days from the day your form is successfully filled out. Please ensure that you complete the form accurately, as the information you provide will be used for your tour as received.
You will need to upload your ebook and book cover to a cloud storage such as Dropbox, Google Drive or iCloud. Please upload the following into 1 folder:
Ensure the folder's share option is set to Public, so that anyone with the link can view and download it. If you have trouble creating a cloud link for your ebook, no problem. We'll do it for you. Email it to us!
Cancellation and Refund Policy: At Black Velvet Tours, we commit ourselves fully to providing you with an exceptional experience. If you decide to cancel before we have initiated any preparations, we will happily refund the total amount, excluding all transaction fees and related costs. However, please be aware that we begin work on your tour immediately upon confirmation, and once we have started, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds due to commitments made to our community and the resources already allocated. We urge you to consider this policy carefully before making your decision to join us.
